Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both an athlete and captain for the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. In 2012 Raisman was awarded gold at the team events in addition to the floor workouts. For the balance beam, she was awarded a bronze. She became the first American gymnast in the Olympics who won the most medals. At the 2016 Olympics she won a silver medal for the team event which earned her and teammate Gabby Douglas the distinction of having being among the first Americans to earn back-to-back team golds. In addition, she won two silver medals for the floor exercise as well as individual all-around. Between the two Olympics she had taken an absence from competitive gymnastics to rest for three months. Gold medal winner American team also took part in the two World Championships. Her most favorite sport is floor workout. She started learning gymnastics at the age of two years young. Aly is a supporter of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honour of her grandmother who died from cancer. She is planning to pursue an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her line of signature leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce the new novel that she's been working on, is scheduled to launch later in the year.
